Information you choose to share.

Our inquiry form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone number, service interest, and message so we can review your project and respond. Inquiry notifications are delivered to Operator Lift through Google Workspace. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Submissions are stored securely on our server for delivery. Delivered submission copies are removed from the delivery queue after 30 days. Undelivered inquiries remain until they can be reviewed or resolved. Email correspondence may be retained as needed to handle your inquiry or an agreed project.

A necessary, secure form-session cookie lasts up to two hours. We use a keyed hash of your network address for short-lived abuse prevention and retain rate-limit records for up to 24 hours. Basic web server logs may include an IP address, page, browser information, and request time for operation and security. There are no advertising trackers.

Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive customer information. To ask about information you have shared or request its deletion, email toyin@operatorlift.com. This notice applies to the Operator Lift business website. Separate Hermes Gmail application notices remain at their existing URLs.
